1. The Training and Placement Cell of the institute has the responsibility of facilitating the campus recruitment programmes for all discipline.
  2. The Placement office initiate and nurtures contacts with needing organizations for campus visits and is functional through out the year .It endeavors to match the aspirations of the students with the needs of the industry. It also assists the students for the summer industrial training.
  3. The T&P division also provides counseling and guidance to the students regarding the visiting organizations selection procedures preparation methods and resources their by ensuring the students are edictally equipped to face the recruitment test.
  4. A team of students placement coordinators duly assist the T&P office.
  5. The central computer facilities are adequate for on line test for about two hundred students at one time.
  6. The seminar hall and interview cubicles, equipped with audio – visual aids provide the ideal venue for campus selection activities like Presentations, Written test, Group Discussions and Interviews.
  7. The placement office ensures and take care to provide the best arrangement and hospitality for officials of the visiting companies.
The placement procedure
  • Invitations are sent to the companies by the T&P office.
  • Once the intimation is received from the companies they are displayed on the T&P notice board so that the interested students may submit their names.
  • The resumes of the students are then sent to the organization along with a tentative date for the campus interview.
  • After confirmation the office arranges a Pre-placement Talk
  • The company conducts its selection and shortlists students for the interview.
  • The result are announced usually on the same day.
